You see the price before you pay
Every premium quiz shows its price, any running promo and its end date, the packages it belongs to and the all-access pass, before you sign in or pay.
Nothing renews on its own
Glim sells one-time unlocks and passes with a clear end date, or lifetime. There are no trials that turn into subscriptions and no surprise charges.
Free to take, free to see your headline
You can take a premium quiz and see your headline for free. You decide afterwards whether to open the full reading.
Help is never behind a payment
If your answers point to something heavy, the full reading and its support lines are always open, on every quiz.
What you buy stays yours
A quiz you unlock stays on your account, retakes included. A pass opens every premium quiz until its end date.
Pay the way you already pay
Payments go through PayMongo or Xendit, so you can use e-wallets like GCash and Maya, cards or QR Ph where the provider offers them. Glim never sees or stores your full card or e-wallet details.
Refunds
We refund in full:
- A charge that was duplicated or made by mistake
- A payment we cannot match to your purchase
- A reading that did not open because of a fault on our side
Write to support@thrivewithglim.com with the email on your account and the date of the payment. Your rights under the Consumer Act and the Internet Transactions Act are not affected.
For schools, workplaces and LGUs
Institutions are priced as a whole, by agreement, never per person or per quiz. People who take a quiz through their institution are never charged.
