How it works

How Glim works for your institution

Your own version of a Glim pulse, with your structure, your link and your support contact. You see groups. Your people see their own reading, and a private way to ask for help.

From your structure to your first report

  1. 1

    Your structure

Grade levels and sections, departments and teams, or barangays and offices. Up to five levels, pasted as a simple list.

  2. 2

    Your version of the quiz

Pick a pulse from the library or ask us to build one with you. You set the dates, the groups it covers, and who your support contact is.

  3. 3

    One link or code

People join on any phone, choose their group, and answer privately. No app to install.

  4. 4

    Your group report

Results by every level of your structure, with participation, trends from term to term, and a CSV export.

What each person gets

People answer more honestly when the quiz gives something back to them, not only to the institution.

  • Their own reading

A plain-language reading in the Glim voice, with small next steps. It is theirs; your institution never sees it unless they choose to share it.

  • Help, if they want it

Support lines on every heavy reading, and a button to ask your named contact (guidance office, HR, EAP, health office) to reach out. Only their name and how to reach them are shared.

  • A place to keep going

With a free Glim account, the reading joins their private Glim Profile and they can keep checking in through Kumusta.

Small groups are combined, automatically

Any group with fewer than 5 answers is merged into "Other groups" at that level. If even the combined group is too small, the report shows only how many answered. Written answers never appear in group results.

Grade 9, Rizal

35 answered

Shown with its full results.

Grade 9, Mabini

4 answered

Too small to show alone, so it is merged.

Other groups

4 answered

Still under 5: only the count is shown.

The psychologist's role

Under RA 10029, the Philippine Psychology Act, psychological assessment for institutions is supervised by a licensed professional. Glim reports are prepared under the supervision of Riyan Portuguez, RPsy, PRC license no. 0001183, and that line appears on every report and export.

Glim pulses are reflections and early signals, not diagnoses. They show where to look first, so your counselors, HR and health workers can do the human part.

What you see, and what you never see

  • Groups, never individuals

Your institution sees group totals. Answers are never linked to names in any report.

  • No group under 5

A group with fewer than 5 answers is merged into the next level up, so no one can be singled out.

  • Reach-out is their choice

Only a person who asks for help is contacted, and only through the support contact you name.

  • Supervised

Reports are prepared under the supervision of Riyan Portuguez, RPsy, PRC license no. 0001183, as RA 10029 requires.
