Before you call

What is the NCMH crisis hotline number?

What do I say when I call?

You can start with "Kailangan ko po ng kausap" or "I need someone to talk to." You do not need the right words. The person on the line will guide you, in Filipino or English.

What if someone else is in danger right now?

Call 911. Stay with the person if it is safe to do so, remove things they could use to hurt themselves, and keep talking with them until help arrives.

I am outside the Philippines. Where can I call?

Glim is a place for reflection, not emergency care. When you are ready, a daily kumusta or a short check-in can help you notice how you are doing.
