For workplaces
See if your mental health program is working, team by team.
DOLE Department Order 208 asks every private employer for a workplace mental health policy and program. Glim shows HR and your OSH committee how people are actually doing, by department, without naming anyone, and gives every employee a private way to ask for help.

The rule, and the evidence it needs
What the rule asks of you
DOLE Department Order No. 208, s. 2020
A written workplace mental health policy and program, made with worker representatives and built into your occupational safety and health program: awareness, stress management, training for managers and HR, and treatment or referral, with confidentiality under the Data Privacy Act.
What Glim gives you for it
A baseline and follow-up pulse your OSH committee can act on, results by department and team, and a private reach-out path to your HR or EAP contact. Proof the program runs, and whether it is working.
Government-owned corporations and agencies follow CSC Memorandum Circular No. 04, s. 2020 instead. See Glim for government.
What your people answer
A few minutes each, on any phone, in plain English with Filipino where it helps.
Pulse, 3 minutes
Team burnout pulse
Exhaustion, mental distance, trouble focusing and emotional control, read for the whole team. A heavy result in any area points people to HR, the EAP or a counselor.
Pulse, 2 minutes
Speak-up climate
Whether people feel safe to raise problems, admit mistakes and report bullying or harassment, by team.
Quiz, 4 minutes
Work confidence
How sure people feel across five areas of work, for growth and training plans. Never for hiring, ranking or performance decisions.
How a pulse runs
- 1
Your structure
Departments, teams or sites. Paste them once; we set up the rest.
- 2
One link
Employees join with a link or code, pick their team, and answer privately.
- 3
Team report
Results by department and team, small groups combined, with a CSV for your OSH file.
- 4
Follow up
Run it again next quarter and see what changed. People who ask for help reach your named contact.
What HR sees, and what it never sees
Groups, never individuals
Your institution sees group totals. Answers are never linked to names in any report.
No group under 5
A group with fewer than 5 answers is merged into the next level up, so no one can be singled out.
Reach-out is their choice
Only a person who asks for help is contacted, and only through the support contact you name.
