Glim is a mental health and wellness platform from the Philippines. It offers short quizzes and check-ins reviewed by a licensed psychologist, including the Glim Meter, a daily light check-in called Kumusta, a private diary, small circles of friends and family, and versions for schools, workplaces and local governments. Glim quizzes are reflections, not diagnoses. Glim is operated by Glim Health Inc.
