For schools and colleges
Know which section needs you first.
Your Care Center or guidance office cannot talk to every learner every week. Glim gives every learner a short, private check-in and shows you, grade by grade and section by section, where to look first. Learners who want help can ask for it in one tap.
Basic education: the monitoring layer for your Care Center
RA 12080 asks every public and private school to keep a Care Center that screens and monitors learners. Glim does the regular check-in, so your counselors spend their time where it matters.
What the rule asks of you
RA 12080, Basic Education Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act
A Care Center in every public and private basic education school, headed by a Registered Guidance Counselor or Registered Psychologist, with a school-based program that includes screening, monitoring, crisis response and referral. Records stay confidential under the Data Privacy Act.
What Glim gives you for it
A term-by-term pulse for every learner, reports by grade and section, a private way for any learner to ask the Care Center to reach out, and support lines on every reading. Group results only.
Learners under 18
Deployments for minors ask for a parent or guardian's consent and the learner's own agreement before the first question. The school sees group totals; a learner's own result is shared with the guidance office only if the learner says yes.
Colleges and universities: a campus-wide view for a small team
With one guidance counselor for up to 1,000 students, your student affairs office needs to see the whole campus at once, not one appointment at a time.
What the rule asks of you
CHED Memorandum Order No. 18, s. 2026
A centralized Student Affairs and Services office with full-time qualified staff, at most 1 Registered Guidance Counselor per 1,000 students per campus, and a three-year transition to SAS compliance certification.
What Glim gives you for it
Wellbeing and belonging pulses by college, program and year, course and career interest fit for incoming students, and evidence of a working program for your certification file.
What your learners answer
Short, written with psychologists, in English with Filipino where it helps. Each takes 2 to 6 minutes on a phone.
Pulse, 3 minutes
Student wellbeing snapshot
How learners are doing this term, built on the Flourishing Scale and the K6, with a safety question that shows support lines right away.
Pulse, 2 minutes
School belonging
Belonging, teacher support, friends, having a say, and feeling safe, including a gentle check on bullying in person or online.
Quiz, 6 minutes
Course and career fit
Interest areas from the O*NET Interest Profiler, matched to senior high strands, CHED programs and TESDA courses. A start for guidance conversations, never for admission.
How a term runs
- 1
Your structure
Grade levels and sections, or colleges and programs. Paste them once.
- 2
One link
Learners join with a link or code, pick their section, and answer on any phone.
- 3
Group report
Results by grade and section, with small groups combined so no one is singled out.
- 4
Reach out
Learners who ask for help appear on your Care Center's list, with only their name and how to reach them.
What the school sees, and what it never sees
Groups, never individuals
Your institution sees group totals. Answers are never linked to names in any report.
No group under 5
A group with fewer than 5 answers is merged into the next level up, so no one can be singled out.
Reach-out is their choice
Only a person who asks for help is contacted, and only through the support contact you name.
