Pilot

Start with one term, one segment.

A Glim pilot covers one grade level, one department or one cluster of barangays for one term or quarter. You get a baseline, a follow-up, and a readout led by our psychologist. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited to your annual agreement.

What a pilot includes

  1. 1

    Set up

We load your segment's structure, agree the pulse, the dates and your support contact, and share the join link.

  2. 2

    Baseline pulse

Your people answer in the first weeks. You see the group report as answers come in.

  3. 3

    Follow-up pulse

The same pulse near the end of the term or quarter, so you see what changed.

  4. 4

    Readout

A session led by our psychologist and a written group report you can bring to your board, OSH committee or council.

Good to know

  • Priced as a whole

Pilots and agreements are priced per institution, based on your segment, the pulses and the support you need. Never per quiz.

  • Credited if you continue

The pilot fee is credited to your first annual agreement.

  • After a disaster

LGUs can start with an after-the-storm check-in for the affected barangays. Tell us in the form and we prioritise it.

Ask about a pilot

Tell us which segment you have in mind. We reply with a pilot plan and a quote for your institution.
