For LGUs and government

After the storm, know which barangays need you first.

For LGUs and government agencies: community wellbeing check-ins by barangay, a short after-disaster check-in for psychosocial support, and a civil servant wellbeing pulse that gives HR the quarterly report it already owes.

For your residents

Pagkatapos ng bagyo, hindi lahat ng sugat ay nakikita. A short check-in shows which barangays carry the most, so psychosocial support goes there first.

  • Check-in, 2 minutes

    After the storm

Five questions from a widely used post-disaster stress check, plus a safety question, read by barangay after a typhoon, flood or earthquake. Strong early reactions are framed as normal, with a retake after four weeks.

  • Pulse, 3 minutes

    Community wellbeing

Life satisfaction (SWLS), recent distress (K6), and whether people have someone to lean on, by barangay. A baseline for your local mental health program.

What the rule asks of you

RA 11036, Mental Health Act, Sections 36 and 37

LGUs integrate mental health into basic health services and build networks for identification and prevention; DSWD, LGUs and DOH provide psychosocial support during and after disasters.

What Glim gives you for it

A fast read of where distress is highest, by barangay, and a private way for residents to ask your health office or MSWDO to reach out.

For your own people

Every government agency, LGUs included, must run a budgeted Mental Health Program and report on it every quarter.

What the rule asks of you

CSC Memorandum Circular No. 04, s. 2020

A Mental Health Program for employees, budgeted in the annual work and financial plan, with quarterly monitoring reports from HR to the agency head and confidentiality of employee records.

What Glim gives you for it

The civil servant wellbeing pulse each quarter, results by office, and a ready report for your quarterly monitoring. Employees who want help reach the contact you name.

  • Pulse, 2 minutes

    Civil servant wellbeing

Workload, recognition, supervisor support, rest and leave, purpose, and coping, for government workers by office or department.

  • Quiz, 4 minutes

    Work confidence

Where your people feel strong and where they want to grow, for training plans. Never for performance ratings.

How it runs

  1. 1

    Your map

Barangays, districts or offices. Paste the list once.

  2. 2

    One link

Share it through barangay channels, SMS or your Facebook page. Residents answer on any phone.

  3. 3

    Area report

Results by barangay or office, with small groups combined so no household is singled out.

  4. 4

    Reach out

Residents who ask for help reach your health office or MSWDO, with only what they chose to share.

What your office sees, and what it never sees

  • Groups, never individuals

Your institution sees group totals. Answers are never linked to names in any report.

  • No group under 5

A group with fewer than 5 answers is merged into the next level up, so no one can be singled out.

  • Reach-out is their choice

Only a person who asks for help is contacted, and only through the support contact you name.

  • Supervised

Reports are prepared under the supervision of Riyan Portuguez, RPsy, PRC license no. 0001183, as RA 10029 requires.
